Yes! We offer dental services for your entire family, starting as young as 2 years old. We specialize in all general dentistry treatments.

We accept and file most dental insurance plans; please call our office to inquire about how we can work with your insurance provider.

Our VIP program makes it easier for families without dental insurance to share in the first-class dental experience offered at Country Lakes Family Dental at an affordable monthly fee. As a member, you will receive one year of dental care that includes:

• Complete Comprehensive Exam
• Panoramic X-Ray once a year
• Bitewing X-rays twice a year
• 2 Dental Cleanings
• 1 fluoride treatment (2 treatments for children up to 16)
• 30% off all dental treatments
• 10% off orthodontic treatment

Examples of dental emergencies include: a severe toothache, sign of infection that may indicate a abscess (fever and dental or facial pain), facial trauma resulting in damage or lost teeth. If you experience a dental emergency during our office hours, please call our office to be examined as soon as possible. If you are in severe pain, please contact your local urgent care to see a doctor outside of office hours.

In most cases If you have no pain, if a crown comes loose, a filling falls out or a tooth is chipped, this is not considered a dental emergency. We do want to get you scheduled in a timely matter. Please call our office and we will get you scheduled. You can email or call our office to make an appointment to take care of you dental needs.

We pride ourselves in providing extra time for the personal attention each patient deserves. We respect your time and make every effort to keep you from waiting. As a result, your appointment time in this office is reserved exclusively for you.

We reserve the right to charge patients who do not reschedule with adequate notice, or who fail to keep their scheduled appointment.

In order to be respectful of the needs of Country Lakes Family Dental patients, if it is necessary to cancel your reserved appointment we require that you contact our office 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach our office staff, you may leave a detailed message on the office voicemail. You may not cancel a scheduled appointment via email.

Failure to be present at the time of a reserved appointment will result in a $50.00 charge.

If our staff is successful in filling your appointment time with another patient, there will be no broken appointment charge.
